Grade 3/4 Class

Grade 3/4 students will strengthen and expand their knowledge in all subject areas. The material is presented in a way that will aid students to develop their higher level thinking skills. As students enter grade 3/4 the ability to work both collaboratively and independently is emphasized. Grade 3/4 presents many new responsibilities for students and they will learn to be responsible for their in-class assignments, homework, and personal belongings. By the end of grade 3/4 students will demonstrate highly visible growth in these areas.

Mrs. Medeiros has taught for 13 years in both private and public education. KCA has been her home for the past 4 years, teaching in Special Education and Junior High. She loves being in the kitchen - cooking and baking. Her favourite scripture is: “Think about how the wild flowers grow. They don’t work or make clothing. But here is what I tell you. Not even Solomon in his royal robes was dressed like one of those flowers. If that is how God dresses the wild grass, how much better will he dress you!" Luke 12:27-28
